Will this work in my car?
It works with vehicles that already have Apple CarPlay built-in (where you normally plug your iPhone into the car’s USB port to use CarPlay). Our CarPlay screens already allow you to connect via bluetooth, so you'll only need this if you already have CarPlay.
Is it Apple CarPlay only, or does it work with Android Auto too?
Yes, the adapter works with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay.
How do I set it up?
Plug it into your car’s USB port, then pair your iPhone once. After that, it will auto-connect every time you start the car, so you can leave your phone in your pocket.
Does it drain my phone battery or reduce quality?
Wireless CarPlay uses Wi-Fi/Bluetooth to connect, so it can use a bit more battery than plugging in. Everything still runs through Apple CarPlay as normal, maps, music, calls, Siri, just without the cable.
